Subsequent to his graduation, Leon embarked on his professional journey as a plastic mold engineer at PHICO-FORD Electronics, where he honed his skills for several years. Building upon his extensive experience, he later ventured into designing his own vertical injection molding machine and PVC tube blow-molding machine, catering to the markets in Taiwan and China. Leon has established himself as a highly respected expert in the field of plastic mold design and engineering.

As the visionary founder of Yomura Technologies, his unwavering pursuit of innovation has driven the company to achieve global recognition and trust. Under his leadership, Yomura Technologies has consistently pushed the boundaries of technological advancement, garnering widespread acclaim.

Following his graduation, Harry commenced his career as an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor at PHICO-FORD, gaining valuable experience in overseeing operations and streamlining processes. He later transitioned to Tarns World Electronic (TWE), where he assumed the role of Production Engineering and Purchasing Manager, showcasing his versatility in managing both manufacturing operations and procurement functions. Notably, during his tenure at WYSE, Harry played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system, cementing his expertise in ISO standards, Industrial Engineering, and purchasing practices.

In 1999, Harry joined Yomura as the VP and General Manager. He brought with him extensive experience and expertise acquired from the manufacturing industry.
Driven by a strong commitment to operational excellence and strategic expansion, Harry  is steering Yomura Technologies towards unprecedented levels of success.  Under his astute leadership, the company continues to solidify its position as a global pioneer in injection molding technologies and contract assembly, setting new benchmarks for innovation and performance.

After completing his studies, he returned to Yomura and progressively assumed roles of increasing responsibility, serving as the head of business management and later being promoted to the position of Special Assistant to the Chairman and Vice President of Hwa-Kuan company, a firm in which Yomura had invested. 

Demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities, Tony held the esteemed roles of Secretary General and President of the Kiwanis Taiwan, and was awarded the prestigious government's public service scholarship by the former Vice President of Taiwan in 2023, in recognition of his contributions.
