Ming Lee
VP
Ming holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from National Central University's Automatic Control Group, advised by Professor Kuo-Kai Hsu. He has over 5 years of industry experience spanning thermal, acoustics, server hardware engineering roles, and supervisory positions at high-tech and electronics companies. Before joining Yomura, he spent 2 years in lithium battery development. Ming joined Yomura in 2011 as Electromechanical Business Unit Manager, overseeing EMS and electric vehicle projects. He has since been promoted to VP, currently leading Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing operations.
Gary Chang
CTO
Gary, a graduate from National Sanchung Vacation College's Mold and Mold Department, began his career as an apprentice at Yusheng Steel Mold Company, rising through the ranks to become foreman and mold processing department manager over 15 years. In 2004, he joined Yomura as a foreman and steadily advanced to roles like section chief, manager, and eventually CTO. His expertise spans precision mold project planning, cost control, on-site management for double injection, overmolding, micromolding processes. Notably, he established Yomura's main EROWA automatic processing mold factory.
Joyce Lee
Tooling Engineering Manager
Joyce, who majored in Mechanical Engineer Technology (MET) at Central Washington University, previously served as the chief engineer at Lerong Group. She joined Yomura in 2014 as a special assistant to the CTO and currently holds the position of Tooling Engineering Project Manager. Additionally, she serves as the company's English translator for external engineering business.
Peggy Tseng
Sr. Sales and Project Manager
Peggy holds a degree in Economics from University of Oregon, minor in BA. Her prior experience includes working as a manager at Chia-Nan Plastics Corporation, where she was responsible for export sales and order management. In 2008, she joined Yomura as a supply chain supervisor and later transitioned to a business project manager role, primarily serving the American medical customer base.
John Chou
Sr. Sales and Project Manager
John graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from National Taipei Institute of Technology and a master degree in Computer Science from Queen College, CUNY in the United States. He joined Yomura in 2010 and has served in customer service and project management roles for major customers in the United States. Previously, he worked as a oversea manager at a PCB manufacturing factory.
David Lee
Sr. Sales and Project Manager
David holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. His experience includes working as a hardware design engineer for a high-tech company and a mechanical engineer for Dubai Commercial Steel Company. In 2016, he joined Yomura as a supervisor for the medical industry, specializing in GMP, FDA, 510K applications, and project management.
William Chung
Sr. Sales and Project Manager
William holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He previously worked as a project management manager at Qixuan Electronics. In 2014, he joined Yomura as a project manager and is responsible for a well-known network communication customer group in the United States. He is also an instructor for the company's systems thinking program.
Daniel Ho
Product Engineering Director
Daniel graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Mingxin University of Science and Technology. He previously worked as the manager at Peixin Company.
In 2006, he joined Yomura as the QA manager and was later transferred to the position of Product Engineering Director.
Randy Huang
Sr. SCM Manager
Randy holds a Master's in IE specialized in Process Control from Tunghai University. He gained initial experience as a shop floor control engineer in the food industry. In 2007, he joined Yomura as a Production Control and Purchasing Specialist.
Advancing through roles like Cost Engineer, he currently serves as Sr. SCM Manager overseeing production control, purchasing, order fulfillment, cost analysis, and capacity planning, leveraging his multidisciplinary background.
Frank Hsu
Sr. Sales Engineer and Manager
Frank graduated from the National United College with a major in Electrical Machinery. He has worked as a biotechnology engineer and customer service engineer for an American company.
In 2002, he joined Yomura and is responsible for the project business of EMS and electronic components, primarily serving customers in Austria.
Tom Wu
Sales Manager
Tom graduated from the Department of Political Science, Foreign Language Group, at National Defense University and completed the Mechanical Engineering Specialization Course of the Auxiliary Committee. He has previously served as the plant manager of an injection molding plant for a Taiwan/Mainland china company.
In 2018, he joined Yomura as a business manager, responsible for serving the American customer base.
Vic Chang
Sales Engineer and Manager
Vic graduated with a degree in Electronics (Changed from Civil Engineering) from National Cheng Kung University and a Master's degree in Logistics from the same institution. In 2020, he joined Yomura. He is currently responsible for managing customers and projects in the European region. Previously, he worked as a mold engineer at a major technology company.
Roger Lee
Sr. Sales Engineer and Manager
Roger graduated from the Mold Engineering program at National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. He previously served as the Vice President of Sales at Weixiang Plastics Company. In 2006, Roger joined Yomura. Currently, he is a Senior Sales Manager at Yomura, responsible for serving domestic clients and a portion of the American customer base.
Andy Tsai
QA Director
Andy holds a degree in Electrical Machinery from Longhua University of Science and Technology, with a minor in Business Management. His prior experience includes working as a quality assurance supervisor in a mainland plastics factory of a large group. In 2011, he joined Yomura and has served as the IPQC section chief, ISO management representative, qualified quality technician, and quality auditor.
Hercules Lee
Sales and Project Manager
Hercules graduated from Mingxin Industrial College in Electrical Engineering and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management from National Central University. In 2019, Hercules joined Yomura. He is responsible for customer service and project management for Japanese business customers. Previously, he served as the export manager of an electronic parts company.
